you could be low on coolant, or if you have dual air one of your blend doors or motors could be broken,

My drivers side and rear were not getting cold, but passenger side was. I checked both the blend door and the actuator, both seemed to work. I then bought a recharge kit with a gauge and found the coolant to be low. After charging the system both the drivers side and passenger side are nice and cold.
