you need to test fuel pressure , make sure pump has power and ground , turning over is cranking , are the injectors firing ?

Easiest way to test will be disconnect fuel line from filter on opposite side of the fuel pump and turn key to on and look underneath....note you will lose some fuel in the process of disconnecting and during the test

Does anyone have a phone number so I can call and ask about the vehicle

As you turn the key to the on position, you should be able to hear a low humming sound. This will be an indication that your fuel pump is getting power. No humming= no power to fuel pump
