just a FYI, my 2005 300c5.7L needed Flash update on 6 updates. $95.00 EA w/dealer. I am communication specialist, and found out the Chry Diagnostic tool was new to dealer. My research taught them how to use the flash updates. On one of them, they were not letting my chry sit for at least 20 minutes recommended in OFF , so the capacitors would release the electricity, because the updates would not download correctly,, and when they gave me my car back, it idled like a an old 396 hot rod, bouncing,,,they wanted me to take it like that....so i had to make them do it again,,,took two more hours, but it cleared the idle bouncing, fixed the sunroof sag(really was in the same update) but if they ruin the PCM, they will not be responsible, and you may have to buy another, mechanics do not admit mistakes......my mileage @185k miles is 19/26....still clean running...when disconnect battery, sometimes the onboard computer has to be reprogrammed...all depends on wht they really did...
