i have a 1995 cadilac deville, having problems with the heating blower went out got new blower still dont work?

Need to verify if there is power at the plugin to the blower motor, If not it could be a possible resistor, or blown fuse.

Check fuses and relay. If the control head for heater \ a/c is electronic try disconnecting battery and reconnecting.
