car is dead nothing on instrument panel will light up.wont crank,battery is fully charged,,checked fuses,,everything electrical is dead,car was starting hard about a month ago,then was fine until now

Could be a security lockout if the car won't crank. Check owners manual for how to reset it or check with a dealer.
