No dash lights, signals nor head lights working

Asked by Delawrence Oct 24, 2016 at 02:59 AM about the 2002 Ford Mustang

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hit a bump 60 miles outside of LV I-15. Headlights went out, seconds later dash lights (all colors lit up) then went out. Car died. Looked under the hood and noticed the battery was a jarred and the liquid from it  had sprayed all over that side of the car. Got towed in. Jumped car later that day (still no working lights) inside or out and the engine was rocking side to side something terrible. Any ideas what the problem of? Please help,

The battery hit the hood and sheared out . Check all and I mean all fuses . Hopefully it didn't burn a modile.out cause wires in the harnesses to heat up aND short. Also I'd replace the battery they don't take kindly to being shorted like that .good luck
