my car sputters out then dies and will not start

I have since replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel regulator, air filter, alternator, catalyc converter, 02 sensor, and and power steering pump

Have you changed out the fuel or put fresh full in? Ethynol can extract the water out of plastic I think and cause a gum type liquid in the lines and tank.. especially if sitting for a while. But sounds like water in the fuel. Just my guess

Check for a loose, cracked, or off vacuum hose.
