Won't start

I have a 02 Cadillac DeVille North Star I have
tried 4 different battery's all my lights on
dashboard turn on like they should but car
will not even attempt to turn over please
someone help me

Check to see that the battery is connected right. I mean check the polarity. Make sure the negative battery terminal is connected to the black cable that goes to the frame/ground. I hope this helps.

We have this has happened several times before but this time nothing we do is working we have even tried jumping it off
