my 2003 caddy wont start replaced battery wont take a jump

Im assuming so i hear the fuel pump when i try to start it. I did everything i could think of. I got it started once with a jump yesterday. it won't even click now. I have full power of light inside and out radio and blower.

Started to act up sunday i was able to jump it ran great for a day heard the serp belt squeal, i added power steering fluid top al fluids off. The only other thing was the drivers side head light went out the night before. i checked the fuses only one bad the Cigar fuse which ill replace today. I also hear a clicking nose under the fuse box in the back seat when i try to start it

So what did u do.
