Extra radiator hose

Asked by GuruVBJZ1 Aug 18, 2018 at 10:03 PM about the 2002 Ford Focus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My spouse bought a used 2002 Ford Focus that
had a hole in the radiator, he went and bought a
new radiator and upon installing it noticed there
was an extra hose. He's trying to figure out what he
can do to plug the hose to withstand the psi of
coolant not building up and blowing out the hose.
Any suggestions on that or any suggestions on
what he should do in general would be greatly
appreciated.
