How to remedy blend door issues on ford 2002 explorer

No heat from blower

Make sure the heater core is heating up, just check the heater hoses to see if there hot. There is a Heater Valve in the heater core hose that could be causing grief. So then the HVAC Blend Door Actuator needs to be checked out to see if it is working, opening the blend door itself. Sometimes the blend door is stuck or broken. If all checks out then the last option is to check out the HVAC Control Module which is the controls on the dash.
