Clean your MAP sensor with maf cleaner. Possibly replace the IAC (idle air controll) valve. Any scan codes?

Google them. the MAF sensor is on the Air cleaner top, you may need a tamper-proof driver to undo the screws. MAF cleaner is at any auto parts store, it's amazing what that can do sometimes, I had a similar prob. once. The IAC is on the intake manifold somewhere, you may find it on google or utube.
