My starter keeps trying to start after the car is started, have replaced starter two times nothing helps

We have replaced starter three times and also the ignition switch. It has our mechanics stumped. I can drive it about 1 mile, turn it off and try to start it and it keeps on trying to start after it is already started.

Did you ever get this problem fixed? Dealing with the same thing.
