V6 compattable with v8 parts?

I have a 2003 mustang v6 with a exaust leak.i have
a 2000 mustang 4.6 broke down are the manifolds
and exaust systems the same?

No one is a v8 has 4 hole other a v6 3 holes manifolds won't work but exhaust
