My Opel corsa seems to have no power when i rev high. I have to rev it a couple of times for the power to increase. Also the same thing happens when i pull away, it's like the car stays stationary even with me accelerating flat and the car starts moving after a few seconds. I cannot pull away quickly and to just pull away normally i have to rev up the car before releasing the clutch.

How is the clutch system. Sounds like a slipping clutch. If the clutch is OK, the way you describe , and the engine is loosing power. This could also be the Crank Angle Sensor Rotor wheel mounted on the crankshaft. These Rotor Wheels are locked in position via the crank pulley bolt and a locating pin or key way. I suggest you look at this item first
