Hi,

Where is the starter relay situated on Opel Kadett 1.6 1998? I have ignition, but
will not start. replaced the starter

2 places depending on model but fuse box or under dash drivers side normally grey or green relay

But it might be that your signal wire is disconected or broken path 2 wires main positive cable and normally blue signal wire
