Transmission 2010 to 2003 Ford CV

Are the transmissions for a 2003 and 2010 interchangable?

2010 is a 4R75W, 2003 is a 4R70W. They are very similar, but with computer differences between these 2 cars I don't think it is a direct replacement.

2003-2004 Crown Victoria 4R70W transmissions only had 2 external sensors bolted in the case, which was an output speed sensor and a vehicle speed sensor. 2005-2011 is slightly different because of adapting to the switch over from throttle by cable to electronic throttle (throttle by wire), those trannys have a Turbine shaft speed sensor and an output speed sensor, so it can’t be interchanged with anything older than 2004.
