can any one please tell me wot the error code 21 is and how to fix it please

recently i waz driving my car and the engine check light came on, i hve tried usuing a scan tool but that wouldn't wrk so i
used a bit of wire and bridged the plug and counted the flashes. i am currently not driving the car in case i cause any major
damage

Code 21 - (TPS high voltage) indicates a problem with the Throttle Position Sensor. Check for a sticking or misadjusted TPS plunger.

Found another that says O2 sensor - Main Heated Oxygen Sensor Signal - Open or short in heater circuit of main heated oxygen sensor
