Break light comes on and off randomly

After I got a tire replaced my brake light keeps
coming on and off randomly....why..like what does
changing a tire have to do with the brakes lol the
place that replaced the tire claims they didn't do
anything of course

Did that too...full...its never done this before I got my tire changed that's the weird part about this whole thing
