Check the timing~!...twist 'er around until TDC appears on the pointer, get an eyeball on the "silent cam" and camshaft to see if they are pointing on one...take out the number one sparkplug and using a bamboo barbeque skewer check if the piston is all the way at the end of the stroke, take off the oilcap and see if you can see the camshaft position without taking the timing cover off, if it all seems funky, take the timing cover off, look at the alignment of the tensioner---change timing belt and tensioner~
