Just changed one on a 2003, probably the same. Total time once I began, about thirty minutes. Be careful of the transmission line attachments when you reattach. Gorilla strength not required or you could bust the new radiator. Just check for tranny fluid leak at radiator after test drive. Tighten just enough to stop the leak, if there is one.
