Explorer won’t crank won’t start

2004 moved it it was fine went to move it again
and nothing lights on dash all come on but no
crank no start just a click jumped relay it cranks
but won’t start battery is ok

Twenty years is a long in the age of car parts. That single click when turning to start indicates a problem with the starter/solenoid. The fact that the engine turned over, I'm sure slowly, when you eliminated the relay means nothing, just a path of lesser resistance. Have the starter/solenoid checked out.
