Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This seems to be a security issue.  we thought unhooking the battery overnight would work. Also replaced the FOB battery.  AAA came and hooked it up but was unable to diagnose.  We are now waiting on a tow truck.  With a fully charged battery the car will turn over but not catch.  Any ideas?

I paid about $56.00 for a new fuel pump on-line. It is the easiest fuel pump to change I have ever done in 50 years; anyone can do it in a few minutes - $800 ! - my 2003 Escape cost $500 to buy.
