Just had my 04 Escape serviced for a lower control arm recall and had the tires rotated while there. Now there is a thumping in the front end. Thoughts on what it might be?

One thing that comes to mind is the tire had this problem when it was on the back but wasn't noticeable. But that's not very likely. Take it back to the dealer and have them look at it. It's just a coincidence?????
