My Acura TL is overheating, but there is no smoke coming out

It is overheating but no smoke is
coming out what could be the problem

It can be a number of things. Bad thermostat, cooling fan not working properly, clogged radiator. Does the temperature gauge goes all the way to H/red mark? How long can you drive before the car starts overheating? By the way, with all due respect, I wish we could see more beautiful pictures like yours!
