I have a 2005 acura TL I put it in drive it didn't go I put it n reverse it didn't go I put in park cut off and back on put in drive n reverse it did both what could it b

It won’t go into gear unless your foot is on the brake ‍♂️If your foot is on the brake check your brake sensor. If not your brake sensor it could be the shift lock solenoid on your transmission needs to be cleaned and/or replaced (food for thought)
