Dome and reverse light stay on with dash light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I bought this truck and immediately noticed
within the day driving at night that when I turn on
my dash/instrument cluster light that my dome light
and my rear reverse light turn on with it. It is not the
door latches as I have used WD40 and never had
the “door ajar” light come on. Now before you ask,
no my dimmer switch isn’t turned all the way up to
the top. If anyone has any suggestions that would
be awesome as I am getting tired of having to drive
with either no dash light or with both of those lights
on. TIA

No, I bought it off a previous owner and he also had no idea about how to fix it when I called
