slight knocking in engine

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

slight knocking sound in backmost piston of engine. not quite sure what could
be causing it. thoughts are either bad O rings or too much oil as it's not
overflowing with oil but is overfilled. need help determining the issue

If it is piston slap the engine is quite worn. If the engine is significantly overfilled with oil the oil can foam up. Drain out the excess right away.
