I don't think so, I read an article on someone adding the vents to a 73 to 74 model. They took the guts, and glass of the 1972 door and installed on the newer 74 door retaining the inner door panel. 1975 was the first year of the fourth Gen Nova and possible different in dimensions. Check out some Nova forums, maybe there is a way?

Body lines and something else cant remember exactly but they are different if memory serves had a 72 nova back i da day. Miss that car.
