points to hei conversion on 1974 ss nova

I recently swapped  the points distributor
out for a new hei super accel distributor
and coil the whole unit and i cant get the
dummy light in the dash to work or the car
to crank it will turn over great but no
crank??

I have but im thinking I may be 180 out because spark looks real weak, but im fixing to bring back to tdc and try all over again. I just don't know why the dummy lights in the dash are not working it makes me think their is an open circuit somewhere??
