heater connections

I bought a Nova from Ca. heater hoses wasn't connected.I replaced the hoses.What else do I need to look at to make sure that this heater is working?Are there  other connections that I need to look for to make sure that it is hooked up right?

Well if you put the new hose on then u should be ok. Two other things that I can think of would be the heater core witch is located on the fire wall witch the hose u bought should be pluged in to. and the only other thing i can think of is the control assembly that is in the car. if both of those are ok then your hearter should work fine.
