removed back bumper and reinstalled lost all my lights on the back end what could be the problem

This may seem a bit on the obvious side, but did you miss reconnecting a wiring harness? The other possibility could be a centralized ground for the rear lights may have become disconnected somewhere back there when you removed the rear bumper.
