Most GMs of that period were bolted to the radiator support just behind the front grille. Hope that helps! Jim

Stick your head under the hood and have a helper lay on the horn.

The fuse box will be under the dash near the steering column. The horn relay is usually bolted to the firewall, driver's side, near the power brake booster. If you have a warning buzzer for the key in the ignition with the driver's door open it's the horn relay that buzzes. Cadillac had that feature in 68. Not sure if Chevrolet did. Hope that helps! Jim
