What would cause dash lights, fog lights not to work and the taillights to barely light?

what would cause the dash lights and fog light not to work at all but the headlights do work and the taillights are very dim?

Dear dailey05-- Sorry to hear about your problem with your 1993 Camaro. Obviously you have an electrical problem and these can only be diagnosed by a hands-on assessment by a professional. A car's electrical system is as fussy as three kids in the back seat. One missed step and you can cause numerous other problems. I advise you have a pro look at it. Good luck from Bovan.
