Rides very nice and an amazing amount of power 35i. Clean display across the dash. Good value in the car. We also have a hard top Miata, 2 very different cars both a lot of fun for different reasons. Dec 24, 2024

I ended up buying a newer version of the 2nd Gen Z4 (2009-2016). These cars are wonderful. I opted for the 300 HP engine. Extremely smooth and fast.Mar 16, 2024

This car is destined to become a future classic. Drives beautifully, great acceleration and most of all a great deal of fun, especially with the manual transmission. Very well engineered, with ample features for every drivers needs. A great buy!Oct 09, 2023

Great looks and renowned BMW Performance. The car still looks new in its lines and features and is an excellent value. Fuel Economy for a Sports Car with Great Acceleration is good too.May 30, 2022

I loved the auto shift with paddles on the steering wheel. The top worked great. The mileage was low. I did have problems getting in and out of the vehicle because it is so low. Great first impression.Apr 21, 2022

A lot of fun, especially with a tune (ESS stage 2 is phenomenal). Storage is not ideal, but there are OEM accessories that may be of help (cup holder attachment, storage shelves instead of pass through), but are a little more difficult to track down since 2016 was the last production year. One of the best cars for the money if you get the 6 cylinder. Makes great power stock and has a variant of the n54 engine so it has the same tuning potential of a 335i..May 06, 2021

BMW's Z4 is as much about looks and style as it is about performance. A wildly fun car to drive. Don't plan on going shopping though, there isn't much room to bring anything home with you. This car made a great "fun" car for weekend drives in the summer. Not sure what they thought people would use the through trunk ski bag for? The 4 cylinder engine was plenty of power, coupled with the 6 speed manual transmission. The traction control kept the back end behind me very well, and the breaks are exceptional at any speed. The fit and finish top notch. If you can swing it - I would recommend getting one. Dec 21, 2014

Great looking very fast car with DCT transmission. Easily tunes as its a twin turbo. Hard finding a good turbo back exhaust as so few of these cars are on the road. Found one by Milltek with great sound. Nice SS pipes. Car is only usable for someone 5'10 or less as not much legroom. Doesn't handle as well as my former Boxster by any means. Better looking Boxter 987. Newer Boxster is as good looking if not better. Just lacks the power of a tuned Z4 twin turbo. If not tracking the car, it's no big deal. Less expensive than Porsche. Cannot stop looking at it, cannot leave it in the
garage, always caught myself smiling while driving,
perfect size car for me! Good performance, great build
quality, extreme fun with great maneuverability,
getting a bit too many stares with its bright red color
