I like Audis and BMWs so naturally the X1 did catch me eye. Like Audis A4-A6 and BMW sedans up to the X5 SUV.Apr 13, 2024

The car has been nothing but issues and still nothing works after putting an additional 5k into the car. The car will not pass smog with an air leak which we cant find. I suppose they just kept re-setting long enough for it to pass smog. After about a day of driving every time you come to a stop the car goes into park which you have to shift gears to drive again. This is not safe for driving especially on the stop and go rides on the highway. I will probably have to put another 5 - 10k into this car which is not even worth it at this point. The issue with the 2011-2015 engine platform is they are prone to head gasket leaks that run 5k from BMW, but are known for causing fires. Aside from this, they are incredibly reliable and comfortable vehicles. This one, in particular, is simply gorgeous, and runs perfectly. Dec 30, 2022

Ive owned many BMWs so pretty knew what to expect with the 2014 X1, so this one didnt disappoint. Its spacious, easily-maneuverable, and has plenty of pep. All controls are easy to use, and with Sport, Premium, and Technology Packages, its very nicely equipped. Being rear-wheel drive-based and having heavy feel hydraulic steering, its much more fun-to-drive than the next generation X1. My only complaints are that the ride can be a bit jarring over bumps, and specific to the one I purchased, I wish it had Xenon headlights and at least Park Distance Control sensors. Aug 10, 2022

Purchased a used 2013 BMW x1 xD in excellent shape and it drives very well in general. The only faults I can find match up with what other people say, which is the stiffness of the steering wheel and the slowness of the brakes. I wonder why that is. I can alter my driving style to accommodate these quirks, its OK with me because otherwise the car is beautiful, sleek, comfortable and responds well. Jan 27, 2021

The bmw X1 xdrive 35i M Sport is a fantastic mini suv. Very sporty and provides superb performance and comfort. I cant get enough of everything this car provides. Auto dimming mirrors for those pesky hid bulb users with non-projector housings blaring into your eyes. Heated seats for those cold mornings, panoramic roof so you wont miss whatever color the moon will be in 2020, twin scroll turbo for overtakes and BMW arrogant driving. It also came with this lever that signals other drivers that youre changing lanes or turning. Anyway, i dont use it. Great car!Dec 22, 2020
