nice car but underpowered and only 4 seats making it a bit impractical, on the
upside had a fantastic blue and black alcantara upholstery. didn't really have it
long enough to say about reliability as i sold it back to dealer after we came back
from holiday in cornwall and it didn't like the hills!Apr 15, 2013

Performance- 0-60 in 8 secs, but the car lacks a bit of low end torque, braking is excellent and the handling is very good and sporty around corners if taken to its limit but otherwise its a normal baby suv
build quality- its a honda so its never broken down and no pieces of trim have been broken and kids travel in the car a lot so its built as hard as a rock
apperance- it looks amazing considering its been owned for over 11 years and still looks modern
cost- fuel economy, tax, insurance is its strong point, all is very cheap
fun- its high revving engineAug 25, 2010

1.6 VTEC is good combination with civic like chassis. First SUV,
even 4WD, not for real terrain. Just only for fun, if you need
something for terrain choose CRV or Ridgeline. And you
should also make engine swap for more fun.Dec 23, 2009

The 1.6L is ok, decent bhp, but it's still a pretty high car, so the acceleration and top speed aren't that impressing. Mine is an automatic which works fine for me although i guess you could squeeze some more power out of the engine with a manual. Pretty fuel efficient and very reliable. Honda's CVT transmission is simple and (i am told) does not break down often. I've certainly had no problems yet (let's hope it stays that way). The offroad capabilities are not that impressive but are satisfactory (it's mainly front wheel drive, but the 4WD kicks in when the front wheels slip).
Also what i like about the car is that it is practical (for example the sun roof- there is a plastic cover that can be fitted into the trunk, so that it doesn't take up space.)
I am pretty satisfied with the car so far and have really no major complaints.
The car handles quite well seeing as it's a mini SUV.
The performance is solid.
Also i quite like the styling (it's not gorgeous, but it's still a nice car), it also comes in a veriety of funky colours so i would say that it's mainly aimed at the younger drivers.
I like the car and would definitely recommend it.May 06, 2008

Known as the smallest of the Honda SUVs this high riding vehicle is very economical with an average 30 miles / gallon on the highway and about 26 on surface roads this little SUV turned alot of heads. The bright Ferrari red paint and after market 20" brushed chrome rims with low profile Continental tires and chrome exhaust and spoiler gave this little SUV a sporty and fierce look. Manual transmission allowed this 1.6 litre more pick up. The retro looking control panel lit up to a bright blue hue on copper dials and chrome detailing. Custom Tomo leather seats added to the overall aesthetic of this sporty little SUVMar 31, 2008
