2019 Toyota Corolla Reviews, Pricing & Specs

What owners say
"Overall, drivers appreciate the 2019 Toyota Corolla for its affordability, reliability, and excellent gas mileage. Many liked the strong safety features and ease of use, mentioning that it makes for a great everyday car. However, some felt that it lacks excitement and certain conveniences like power-adjustable seats and additional USB ports for passengers."
This car is a solid purchase. The added safety features such as Toyota safety sense to prevent lane drift and adaptive cruise control make this an even more desirable model. This car is a perfect fit for my driving needs.
February 11, 2021If youre looking for something simple and affordable that gets you from point A to point B, the 2019 Toyota Corolla is it. It has a good sized touch screen with radio, blue tooth, and settings controls. You can play music, listen to texts, reply, and take calls without any trouble or needing to look at your phone. The car has a few cool safety features such as lane detection, sensing if youre needing to brake to avoid an accident, and an anti theft gps tracking system that you can manage through an app on your phone (which is also useful in a large parking lot). Its not the most exciting car Ive driven, but the great gas mileage pretty much makes up for that. Its easily maneuverable. It doesnt have a ton of buttons like most other newer cars, which is alright because who actually cares to learn the use of 50 different buttons (I dont). I do find myself missing power controlled seat adjustment, sometimes. But for the price, and long term cost to gas and maintain the car, its a great car.
April 24, 2020Handles very well on the road. Sleek/stylish appearance and great safety features. The SE Sport mode gives a nice little boost when needed. Very pleased overall.

May 3, 2023Great turning radius and smooth ride. Has really good acceleration. My husband wants the manual transmission...it is harder to find.
September 15, 2022Strong in safety features. My last one saved my life in head on collision! Excelent value and reliability@
November 8, 202090k miles and still going strong. The Corolla has a reputation for being very reliable. It’s easy and fun to drive. I test drove four competitors and still came back to this one. Then I drove three different trims of the Corolla just to be sure. The Sport trim is the one that always felt like “my” car, not an awkward loaner. It handles very well on the highway and zips around town easily. The safety features are standard whereas they were (at the time, in 2019) additional options on similar cars from other brands. **Each trim is very different. ** Upholstery quality is a very noticeable step up with each trim level. Rear cupholders aren’t good unless you get a trim that includes a fold-down center rear seatback. No charging or USB ports for rear passengers. Only one of each in the front. For a commuter like me, these aren’t important issue on most days, but when I’m hauling passengers, it’s an inconvenience on long trips. I have 90k miles on it now and I’ve had it three and a half years. No problems at all. GREAT CAR. Oh... and Toyota includes maintenance for the first 40k miles... free!
February 24, 2023I think it’s just overpriced, good car but should be $15,000
September 24, 2023Great price great car. It was just what we were looking for.
