2019 Audi e-tron Reviews, Pricing & Specs

What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 2019 Audi e-tron are very happy with their vehicles, praising the luxurious feel, safety features, and quiet ride. Many appreciate its spacious interior and the build quality. However, a common concern is the driving range, which some feel could be better compared to competitors like Tesla. While the e-tron is admired for its comfort and advanced features, range anxiety seems to be a recurring issue for some drivers."
Good-solid SUV. It feels very heavy and it drives smooth. The handling is good and the interior is very comfortable. The touch screens are a little difficult to press while driving, however.
May 15, 2025Being a high end auto, repairs maybe out of my budget. The 12 volt battery replacement is over $1,000. For one small example. Range is a little low, but not a deal breaker. Car is very nice.
September 14, 2025Couldnt be happier. This is an awesome car. I test drove comparable EVs, Tesla 3 and Y, Jaguar I-Pace, BMW i3, etc. The e-tron impressed me the most. I have owned it for about 9 months now and am as happy as when I first purchased it. No tune-ups, pull into your garage and fill her up and the performance and workmanship are incredible. When I test drove the Teslas there was a lot more cab noise. When I got above 70mph you could actually hear whistling. The Jaguar was a little too much of a sports car for me. I wanted something a little more spacious and comfortable. The BMW was a bit quirky. But you should drive them all to draw your own conclusions. It will be interesting to see where the range and charge time goes for EVs over the next few years. For now, though, the e-tron goes above and beyond my current needs.

July 26, 2021Absolutely love this car. Spacious, super quiet, very comfortable, excellent build quality (ahem, competitor starting with T...). I especially appreciate the safety and convenience features of the Driver Assistance package (adaptive cruise control is a must for California driving). The range is as quoted or better: I use cruise control a lot, which is more efficient, and I drive with a light touch on the accelerator, making full use of Audis coasting mode for local driving. So I routinely get 200-240 miles/charge. But frankly, my bodys driving range is shorter than the cars... so on long drives I need to stop every 3 hours anyhow. For anyone with range anxiety, I have 2 words: Electrify America (okay, more generally: DC Fast Charging). The charging networks are well built out and growing, and I find I can add 100-150 miles to my eTron in 30 minutes or less! Every time Ive gone grocery shopping and plugged in my car, or stopped for a bio break and a snack on a road trip, my car is done charging before Im done. I had an A3 plug-in hybrid, which took 2 hours of L2 charging to add 20-24 miles. No comparison. I highly recommend this car. Best vehicle Ive owned.
April 27, 2021This car has everything. Heated/ventilated massaging front seats, car play, automatic cruise control, lane keeping, panoramic sunroof, adaptive air suspension. The only thing I wish it had was a heated steering wheel which wasn’t an option in 2019. Newer models do have a heated steering wheel, but I couldn’t pass this car up.
May 3, 2023Love this car! Drives incredible! So many features & very luxurious. Wish it had a longer range but overall a great car!
November 1, 2021Every thing about this vehicle is superlative with one exception - the range. We needed the tow package and with a 4,000 lb rating this model is unmatched.
February 4, 2022e-Tron proves that an EV does not need to compromise on build, comfort, safety or even luxury. It redefines the affinity that an Audi lovers have for Audis.
February 7, 2020Solid built qualify and amazing ride. Range in the low 200 but works just fine for my needs. Complements daily. Very happy that I chose Audi over Tesla and other EV makers.
December 21, 2023This model is luxurious! It is an excellent value for the packages included. The 2019 prestige has a smooth and quiet ride. The interior size is comparable, to the Volvo XC60 and will still provide space for great camping trips and excursions.
