What owners say
"Overall, owners are quite pleased with the 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK, highlighting its smooth drive, powerful performance, and classy interior. Many appreciate its strong pickup and reliability, though some express concerns about rear passenger space and pricing. A few drivers feel it might be too small or costly compared to competing models."
Love the GLK. Compact, drives like a car, but has the comfort of a SUV.
September 11, 2025Excellent choice ,awesome experience with Mercedes glk 250, great car for urban living and highway ride
July 7, 2025They are great little cars for two people. Gets a little tight for more than two adults. They drive well and are pretty sporty and quick. I tow my motorcycle and its little trailer with mine. I get 19 to20 miles per gallon in city driving and 25 miles per gallon on the freeway. Mine is the 4matic all wheel drive model. I have never had any major issues with my 2013 and my mechanic told me they are one of the most reliable cars Mercedes-Benz has made recently. I have 135,000 miles on mine.

November 11, 2022The GLK is a well built, solid, powerful, serene vehicle to own and drive. The GLK needs more room for backseat passengers. The Lincoln MKC is comparable for power, driving characteristics, comfort and has a bit more space in the back seat.
June 11, 2024While this car doesnt have all the bells and whistles you can typically get on an ML/GL wagon, its a very nice compromise between the smaller GLA series and the ML/GL. Its based on a C Class sedan, but taller. I personally think the styling is superior to the newer GLC model that replaced it, somewhat reminiscing of the larger G-Wagon, with its sharper angles. Reliability is very good, having had another one before this, I can say its one of the more reliable SUV, especially when compared to the AUDI, BMW and Porsche. Handling is good, performance is good considering it is a 5000lb car, the 302 HP motor gets you going in a hurry. One word of caution: If youre considering the 4Matic, think twice; reliability is not as high as the RWD version, and the repair cost are higher due to complexity. Comfort is good up front, the seats are good with good lumbar support. Back seats are good as well, but leg room depends on how far back the people upfront move their seats. If the front seats are all they way back, theres very little leg room in the back. Cargo room is not as large as the ML, but its substantial, and if the back seats are folded, it more than doubles. FWIW, We used to have two ML 350s before, but my wife opted to trade the last ML in for a GLK, because it was easier to get in and out of, and more maneuverable around town. After the last GLK was totaled by a fire truck, while parked on the street, we opted to get another one just like it.
January 29, 2024Great car-safe, clean, well maintained and a good deal.
February 4, 2023Dollar for dollar, the best M-B SUV! Lots of power…302 hp. Smooth, quiet and solid at 4,200 pounds.
October 17, 2021Perfect!! Just the right fit! Style and class as it was described!
August 9, 2020it is a great car. ...sold, beautiful and old-school...no extraneous bells and whistles, just the ones you need. I will never understand why Mercedes stopped making that model.
April 16, 2023Last of the baby suv benz. Gets you there and back in style and comfort and doesnt break your wallet.
