Rear frame cross member was rusted. The welds were cracked. I doubt this vehicle would pass the State inspection.

December 2, 2023I liked the ride and the forward visibility. Its very truck- like Vs an SUV as far as the cabin. The big draw back for me was the rear visibility. Changing lanes is VERY difficult on a busy highway as there are very big blind spots on both sides. I would think Toyota would have put in Blind spot assistance, but they may not have been available back in 2013. IF i get one, I will definitely look for after-market add on for Blind spot detection which could cost an additional $1000 with professional installation.

October 19, 2021Even though everyone wants way too much money for these, they are fun and run forever. I own 2 of them and wish Toyota would bring them back!
