In general, the Saab 9-7x is the same as a Trailblazer and its many variants on the GMT-360 platform. Body specific parts are in VERY short supply, but because it is basically a Trailblazer, most mechanical parts are easy and cheap to find. Worry points: Trans cooling lines P.S. lines and cooler Leaking seals on front differential Air suspension Front hood rust SEVERE on 9-7x Front wheel bearings and signal to ABS/StabilTrac system Spare tire hoist (cannot remove spare) Body Control Module and windows....mostly fixed by service campaign. Overall, a VERY good premium level vehicle with easy maintenance and will last a long time if outside the rust belt. I would trust MUCH more than the newer FWD vehicles for long life and low service costs. Sep 15, 2021
