I absolutely LOVE this car but do your research and make sure its right for you. This is a grand touring car. It looks more sporty than most grand touring cars but it is not a sports car. Is it fast? Its top end is very fast but lets be honest, youll probably never find out. Is it fast 0-60? Its quick but its not fast. Is it fast in the corners? Its quick and handles well in big, gentle, sweeping corning but its not a canyon carver. Is it roomy? I almost never have more than two people in any of my cars so it is plenty roomy for 99.5% of the driving I do. The truck is plenty big enough and if it doesnt fit in the truck then Ill put the extra stuff in the back seat. If you have the convertible then the truck gets really small but you can fits lots of stuff in the back seat. Its perfect for weekend getaways.
Parts and dealer service is VERY expensive. Pretty much the same as a Ferrari. The cars seems to be pretty reliable though. If you buy one of these I strongly suggest that you find a very qualified independent shop for service and if you are handy with a wrench then do some of the easy stuff yourself. You can buy one of these for less than a Camry but you better have deep pockets if you know nothing about cars and take it to the dealer for every minor issue. This is a car for people that love cars and driving. It does not have all the bells and whistles and creature comforts of most modern cars that you can buy for well under 40grand. This is a car for someone who leaves the radio off so they can enjoy the soundtrack of the motor and exhaust.
This car still gets a lot of attention and looks and compliments. People think I spent way more than I did for this car so if you care what other people think then youll love that. I drive it because it puts a smile on my face every single time Im in it. When I drive it to work I arrive at work in a good mood and no matter what kind of day I had at work Im smiling when I get home. For me that makes it worth the price I pay to maintain it..Nov 21, 2023

This car is stunning! The same vehicle in another color just does not have the same effect. The Maserati exhaust is tuned to a seductive roar that makes you want to keep the windows down no matter the weather! The handling is excellent and the sport mode gives you the option of a tighter suspension and longer transmission shift.
The car is powerful and it's pedigree needs to be respected when behind the wheel. If you are trying to be low key - don't get this one, as all eyes are on you wherever you are!Dec 24, 2014

The best car I have owned to date ... ride, power, looks all top-of-the-line for the price. There are faster more "race-ready" cars available but for the price not much will best this car. For a car with such power and acceleration it does get a nice combined 23 mpg; which I did get a max of 27mpg oh long highway trips. A real nice care to drive.

Great driving experiance, real head turner, looks much more expensive than it is since not many people knows the brand's pricing. Expensive to maintain like any other sports car. i got about 9 flat tires mostly front because of the low profile tires and their is no spare tire but road side assistance was always there to assist with a tow.Apr 29, 2013

Sick drive. You could be going 40 miles per hour yet it feels like 100. Too nice of a car to do burnouts or donuts in but had to try it atleast once. Drove in a nice royal blue colored one. :)Dec 30, 2009

this is an amazing luxury/status symbol and is amazing and i love it. have a hard time staying away from my car. the other cars I own haven't been driven much since I got this gorgeous car. stay away. I hate running anyone over with this because it might hurt it. May 27, 2009

Italian made beuaty with 450 horses at the wheel. F1 paddle shifters make it fun to frive. Interior is tan with imported leather and wood accents with carbon fiber pdaale shifter covers. Wheels are 18 and 19's, with big 13-in brakes. people just stare and take pictures which gets relly annoying sometimes.Nov 08, 2008

This car is perfect for anybody who wants an amazing thrill without blowin a ton of money. It goes from 0-60 in 5.3 seconds making it an incredible car to drive. Its speed, luxuriousness of the interior and just pure thrill makes it overall a must buy for anyone with 100k lying around.Oct 04, 2008

I really liked this car, especially over the Quattroporte which I thought I would prefer. Again rapid, excellent ride, tight handling, and comfortable. I actually felt as if I had more room in this than the bigger QP!
Beautiful to look at, inside and out, and well finished.

It's gorgeous from any angle, the interior is elegant,
performance-wise it's exhilarating and the sound of
the engine is glorious - with adjustable suspension
settings and paddle shift, it makes driving this
beauty fast a pleasure, especially on long journeys.
it's truly a gentleman sports car , just like what the
Italians would say "la dolce vita". So it drinks a
little, who cares if it's this beautiful? By the way, it
seats four adults, comfortably - unlike other sports
coupes which can only seat two and with back seats

The GranTurismo is one of the most beautiful cars on the road, both inside and out. Performance is impressive, especially considering it weighs more than 4,500 lbs. But the best part of this car is the sound. I'm a sucker for a throaty V8, and with the quad exhaust, its best to drive this car with the windows down to best enjoy the sound.May 10, 2008
