What owners say
"Overall, owners are quite pleased with the 2008 Hyundai Veracruz, noting its spacious interior and reliable performance. Many appreciate the impressive handling and towing capacity, making it a great option for families. Common praises include its fun driving experience and good sound system. However, a few minor complaints about rough bumpers were noted, but these didn't overshadow the positive experiences."
This SUV is very nice... looks alot like the Lexus. The limited has alot of nice extras. It drives much better than the Santa Fe, for not much more money. The 7 seats are nice for carrying someone other than just the family. The extra space with the back seat down is also nice.
July 7, 2009This car has plenty of space for our growing family, and has plenty of headroom. This car is very reliable, needing nothing but general maintenance. It's handling is superb, and the towing capacity is impressive for a crossover SUV. All around great vehicle!
March 27, 2014The VeraCruz is the common man's gift from god to compare against the Mercedez, BMW's, and the Oldsmobiles, and any other high class, high costing, gas eating, automobiles. It drives fantastic, accelerates quickly, brakes on a dime, and handles like a much more expensive vehicle. It's built to last and all the extras are worth it. The Sound System with all its speakers, makes for cranking it up with good jams. It looks "ausgescheitznet" inside and out. Gas mileage is good for its weight at around 20-21 mpg. Very low maintenance. And basicly it is fun to drive.

March 19, 2011Bumpers were a little rough but it’s not brand new and nothing was considerably damaged.
February 11, 2023Love my crossover, was a great switch from our Excusion! Still have lots of room with the benefits of a smaller car! Better gas mileage, fits in all the parking spaces, fun to drive! I can still fit 7 people, or I can fold down the seats and haul a couch!
