Overall superb vehicle. It doesnt exceed at anything, but it does everything well. Commuter vehicle, road warrior, work truck, and anything in between. Its done them all and performed like a champ. Highly recommend this vehicle and I hope Saab can be saved from total shutdown!
September 6, 2014The car handles extremely well, both in summer and winter. It has good acceleration and is pretty comfortable up front. So far, it's been extremely reliable and has not needed any excessive maintenance work done. I just put on new Conti PureContact tires and the car sticks to the corners like glued. The gas mileage I get is a respectable 25 mpg combined, with roughly 60/40 highway/city driving. The tiptronic (manual auto) shift works very well. The company went out of business so it's tricky to get parts, I hear. The turbo makes a very slight rattling noise when it's on full tilt on "Drive" mode.
August 2, 2013I loved this car! It was my second Saab and I couldn't have asked for more in a car. It performed the way I wanted it to, was easy for me to take care of, and always kept me safe. I also loved the little extra features this car had like the AUX input for ipods/iphones for music, the folding back seats so that I could fit extra large items in the trunk, and the cup holders! For some reason, Saabs always have the coolest mechanical cup holders.

December 8, 2014This is a one owner vehicle, that has never been in an accident. It is reliable, fun to drive 6 speed, that is very comfort to navigate to the local store or on a long journey. The car handles like a dream, stops on a dime, and gives the ride of a more pricey sedan. There has never been a day that she has failed me...
September 7, 2012If you want a car that provides style, comfort, smooth handling and a turbo kick, this Saab 9-3 is the car for you. Leather seats with a roomy interior makes driving to the store or cross-country very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone asking about Saab.
August 6, 2011Good performance and handling. Steering was tight and responsive. Beautiful leather interior. Stereo had good quality sound. Exterior appearance was a little bit blah.
January 29, 2021Loved the handling, and sporty suspension, a stylish commuter. Great in the winter time and in the summer; perfect for trips as well. New battery and tires! Closely compared to the Audi A4, and the Volkswagen Passat, I'd highly recommend!

April 16, 2008Acceleration is great considering it is only a 2000cc vehicle. Best in the bright lime yellow colour.
January 13, 2008The SAAB 9-3 is a well engineered car that drives smoother than any other make or model car Ive had. I own a 2006 SAAB 9-3 and would be interested in getting a newer model.
