What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 2007 Mazda MAZDA5 appreciate its versatility, stylish design, and good fuel economy. Many drivers love its practicality for families and the spacious interior, making it a great option for transporting multiple passengers. However, some parts like the cup holder placement received criticism, and while performance is generally viewed as adequate, it may lack excitement for those seeking a sporty drive."
We like the appearance, the comfort is adequate, no blind spots, tight steering and handling, five speed manual is fun to drive, Acceleration is good with five speed manual, braking is normal, cornering is better than other vans we have owned. Once we get past the repair on the rear suspension the van will be a keeper.
July 4, 2012I love it. It's perfect w our boys now 6 & 8. The back row is best for 5'3" and under. Perfect for those who want functionality of minivan but only have two kids. Versatile. Fold all seats down for full out cargo hauling. A mini mini van
July 28, 2012Very versatile especially for us who regularly transport 6 people around..!! Performance is adequate and quite good for such a big car... Build quality is as you would expect from a Japanese manufacturer and economy is better than I could have imagined.. I'm getting nearly 50mpg..!!! Drive is smooth if somewhat lacking in adventure.. Engine needs driving hard to achieve it's best performance..

August 2, 2008I love it. It looks like a van but is so much more. Performance is awesome. Cost is very reasonable. I am not a very flashy fast perosn so the fun factor is a minimal for me. I enjoy it and that is all that matters.
July 13, 2008This is Joy's car really, though I use it whenever I need to carry something that won't fit in the S2000 (i.e. my cat.) It's a really nice practical car.
April 3, 2008Yes, I know, it is a minivan. Drive it, and what you will find is all of the goodness of the Mazda 3, wrapped up in kid friendly, 3 row, six seater package
March 24, 2008Nice looking car very stylish. Compfortable. Cup holder placement sucks.
May 24, 2020the mazda 5 is awesome and last forever...and is a gas saver........
