What owners say
"Overall, owners of the 2006 Nissan Pathfinder appreciate its spacious interior, family-friendly features, and strong performance on the road. Many drivers like the confidence it provides in various weather conditions, along with its off-road capabilities. However, some reviewers mention the heavy use of plastic in the interior and issues with reliability, especially regarding the sound system and certain mechanical parts."
Bigger than the previous generation in line with the tendency of three row seat where only children can be seated in the 3rd row.
January 1, 2008Performance - Good acceleration for a big vehicle, braking is not too sound but maybe because of the body mass, handling is fair. Build quality - Strong and robust. Good off-road vehicle for the whole family Appearance - Aggresive lines outside with a well finished look and trim. Canteen Green colour compliments the type of vehicle Cost of ownership - Heavy on Juice and the 60 000 km service. Fun factor - Great open road vehicle with amples of space for packing, camping and transporting up to 7 passengers with a good off-road capability
September 10, 2009This SUV is an awesome mid sized SUV for family or a day to day commuter you will not be disappointed in the performance or the luxury of this SUV. Luxury meets the street excellent fuel economy for the size too.

May 26, 2015My Pathy is a bull, with a good seat and driving ergonomics. A true SUV, yet capable family cruiser. I'd buy it again if they still made this style. Gas mileage ain't so hot, but is bearable considering size and capability off road.
May 22, 2015Overall, this is a great vehicle. Family and pet friendly. It also makes vacations truly relaxing because you do not have to worry about having enough space for your luggage and for your family. It is also very road safe.
March 20, 2015Double A/C unit is nice, great stereo and DVD for the kids
July 4, 2008This rig has everything you need to take your family on the road or around town with confidence in all kids of weather. New tires in April and brakes in June. Never been in any kind of accident and runs fantastic.
September 16, 2012i love the 4x4 and the smooth ride. i also like the bose stereo/ speakers and the third row seating really comes in handy with the family. i really like the way the car is built except the interior could be a little less palstic.
July 9, 2014Too much plastic in the interior. Terrible original stereo. A bad base and a horrible treble that can make you deaf at high levels. Good seats for tall persons.
January 15, 2008very fun to drive, you have great feel of the road so you always know what your tires are doing. tons of power for hauling anything you'd want. yet to take it on a long road trip, so I'm not sure what kind of highway mileage I can expect
