Had one for two years. Love driving it out of town with the top down, widows up and AC running. Drove perfectly, excellent acceleration with great performance. Jul 19, 2023

The SSR has always been interesting and a unique niche model. I test drove a 2005 with an automatic and only 28K miles. It was reasonably quick, and the electronic hardtop convertible will always be a trick feature, but in general the economy car roots show through. As a body on frame, the truck underpinnings did not do well over bumpy roads. I could tell it would tend to wear out its welcome a few months down the road.Jun 27, 2023
