This was my first car and the best car that I have ever had. I would highly recommend this car for long term use. I have never had any problems with it, except for a dead battery. I regret the day that I traded it in. Nov 03, 2020

I have a 2004 Nissan Sentra Spec-V and I LOVE it. I brought the car w/13 miles on the meter and now I have almost 170K. I've had little problems that were easily repairs here and there otherwise i love my car. There was a recall on the 2005 Sentra that affect my 2004 Nissan "fixed" the issue but never did really. I can't remember exactly what the problem was but it had something to do with a hard start. I got married 5 years later and my father in law fixed the problem immediately. The fuel housing was defective - he found that out accidently. Got a new one ($230) and never had the problem again. A few years later I had a crack in my catalytic converter that I got welded ($350). My o2 sensor went bad got that replaced ($80). Routine oil changes and maintenance and my car has never let me down.Mar 13, 2014

With only 220,000 miles and only the miniscule amount spent on a belt replacement, brakes (once, at 170,000), three sets or tires and lots of gas, this car keeps on chugging. I'm looking for a slight upgrade, but will most likely stick with a Nissan Sentra again. Why change now?

Performance is great on the track. Car handles extremely well and braking is
outstanding. Car is very well built. Have never left me on the side of the road or
given me any major problems. I will say that I love driving this car whether it be on

I got this car for my 16th birthday and this little black Sentra has been very faithful and reliable to me. I have been very happy with the gas prices and mpg this car gets. The only reason I am wanting to sell this car is because I am graduating this year and i want to buy a new car for my graduation present to myself. It was a fun little car to drive and the build quality is much better than the newer
B16 sentras(Not as much easily scratch able plastics inside)... it accelerated pretty
good for a small car and was pretty good on gas... only problem i ever had with it
was the air flow computer went out a block away from school and i had to replace

Es estable, Rapido, Comodo tiene una apariencia externa bastante formal, por
dentro es bastante espacioso, tiene baul grande, ya casi todo lo que trae es
electronico, se siente la sensacion de estabilidad y seguridad al conducirlo, hace

This was my first car. It was quick off the line, and had a six speed
manual. Had to replace the original clutch at 96,000 miles.
Some days after school, I would head to a road nearby with tight 90
degree corners for some fun with the factory sport suspension.

Acceleration isnt that bad for being a 1.8 liter, its not that
roomy, kinda noisy, doesnt ride well over bumps at all. Only
gets up to 116ish, gas mileage is good. over all not a bad car

I love this car! It handles amazingly for being a front-wheel drive car. The torque helps the car pull pretty decently in the low and mid ranges and just carries to the redline! The stock sound system also sounds great!Feb 14, 2010

probably the fastest stock 4 cylinder out there, very responsive and a ****load of torque and now even faster with the AEM air intake! I have the brembo 4 pison disc brakes so braking is amazing and handeling is even better with the stock lowered stiff suspension, race stabilizer bars. its the closest i could get to my dream car (a.k.a BMW M3) with the money i have right now! the stock racing seats are amazing and the whole race look of the car is cool! would defenetly recommend it! one thing to think about is the huge 2.5 liter 4 cylinder wich is .5 liters smaller than a 6 cylinder so u will be putting money on gas and even more because when u drive this car u wont want to shift under 5500 RPM!Sep 30, 2009

The car's performance is not bad at all for a N/A 4cyl. 175 hp
and 180 tq stock. Once you install a rear sway bar the car
comes alive in the corners. Mine gets an average of 27 mpgs

a taille, en masse de puissant à bas régime, toujours
bien pour décoller d'un coin de rue. tiens bien la
route, le LSD est vraiment agréable à avoir l'hiver.
Qualité de contruction est correct, rien de plus, ça été

Well what can i say, the acceleration kinda sucks, but it is only a 1.8L engine. Sounds better now, but thats only because of the Short Ram intake i put on it. The Drive belts are... well you can just ask matt and james how many times the phrases "oh Bob Saget!" or "why the Hell did they put that there...!?".Aug 09, 2009

It's a generally good car to have. Suspension is great and offers a pretty smooth ride for an entry level car. Price is fair and maintenance is also relatively affordable if you source from the right places. They should maybe lose the 1.3 engine and begin at 1.6 to really let this animal loose. Performance was great once I did cold air intake, synthetic motor oil, iridium spark plugs, and cat back exhaust. Also the result was improved gas mileage with the modifications. I am happy with the Sentra, and it has great potential as at performance tuner car.Jun 13, 2009

The Sentra SE-R Spec V is a great performance 4
door. Has an option to get brembo breaks,
sunroof, and rockford fosgate stereo system. The
car is built to take corners and turns very well,
great acceleration. The appearence is a nice clash
between sporty and evey day driver. This car gets
really good gas mileage around 28 in town and 30

It's a surprisingly quick little sedan with the six
speed and 2.5. It handles like its on rails but isn't
too stiff to be comfortable. It seems to be pretty
solidly built, but does make extensive use of plastic
in the interior. I think it's a pretty good looking
little car, and so do most people I come into contact
with. It is an economy car, although not as much
as, say, a Prius. It gets around thirty miles per
gallon and I have had no maintenance issues so far,
and I've had it for over a year. It is a fun little car to
drive. Its small, light, and very nimble in the curves,
plus the six speed makes it feel much faster than it
really is. But be warned, you will speed EASILY in
this car because it pulls pretty good even in top
gear. Over all, a fun car to drive that actually isn't
over the top boy racer looking and gets good

the spec v is a sport compact lovers dream car. it has awsome performace in all ranges. the handeling of this car stock is nothing short of excellent. This car also has a great sleek look, yet wont have cops following you for miles waiting for you to speed. This car is a fun car to drive. the sound that this engine puts out when the secondary intake runners open up is phenomanal. if i were to rate this car i would rate it a 9/10. no other car can give you all this for this good price. The acceleration was amazing and the handling in the curves incredible. The bench were design to hold you in the curves. Very confortable and it didn't cost a lot for insurrance because the companies didn't know about the car ! Overall I give a 9/10 appreciation and i recommend the car for people over 25 years of age because it's easy to reach 215 km/h.

It gets me from point A to point B without stalling. It performs enough that I get from point A to point B without stalling. The build used to be flawless, now since I travel from point A to point B a lot, there are a lot of flaws. Cost of Ownership would be a lot cheaper if I didn't have to go from point A to point B. I like the dark tinted windows, smooth cruising engine, decent gas mileage- even though I drive it hard I never get less than 28mpg. Small and manuverable, but still comfortable inside for four people. Overall it's been a good dependable and inexpensive car.Apr 10, 2008
