I have 2004 an a 2006 jeep wranglers both have I6 engine I figure I can get 300k miles out of both jeeps very dependable nothing beats a JEEPOct 25, 2020

Security of 4 wheel drive combined with style and functionality. Not the best on fuel economy but it's character makes up for the difference. Extra fun to drive in the summer with the roof and doors off.

Very versatile. Can drive it with the top down like a convertible or top up on a rainy day. Has enough power to tow a boat or jet ski. Drives great for getting around town. Great color combination with signature Sahara interior.Jul 10, 2013

Very fun to drive, you'll find yourself making any excuse to take it out around town, through mud, or anywhere. Jeeps are definitely built tough and give you that "go anywhere" feeling. Great car overall, will be looking for another in the near future.Jun 01, 2013

Performance is good. It is a 6cyl so it has plenty of power. I have it
customized so it does need to have repairs because the stock features
cant handle the big tires. I love the look of this car with no roof and doors
in the summer time. The gas milage is horrible and this car is so much fun

Performance - 5/10 4.0L will break stand with Large tires
Build Quality - 7.5/10 It's a Chrysler say no more
Appearance - 8/10 It's a Jeep thing, You wouldn't understand!
Cost - 450km per tank with 33" tires...Not too Bad. Only had problems with the
aftermarket crap I put on.
Fun Factor - 10/10
Tows trailers well, parking is easy, Roof and doors come off, 4x4 works
awesome (tested throughly), Fuel economy is better than most SUVs
I would buy another one, but this time I wouldn't go crazy on the Mods. They
are great stock.

Great to drive when its nice and when its not. Many upgrades for the vehicle and one of the most capable off-road vehicles you will ever be able to own. The cost is cheap and they are easy to repairApr 21, 2010

I love everything about my jeepy!! <3 <3 <3 it does well on and off the asphalt. I can go through mud puddles or take it over rock. I love the fact that I can take the top down and the doors off.Feb 21, 2010

I wouldn't want to drive another car or truck right now. A lot of fun, and can take quite the beating. Looks good, and is a breeze to maintain. Cant beat an offroading convertible. Accelerates a tad bit slow though.Sep 15, 2009

Performance - good all around, great for off-roading
Appearance - clean lines
Build quality - is very good, nothing broken
cost - reasonable
fun factor - high, anywhere it goes it makes it fun, able to
change tops for different looks, bigger tires help for off-
road, good mud tire also helps,

tough little red machine that will do whatever I need it too. Put a different exhaust on it that really helped wake up the motor. A little tight for me on the inside but I make out fine with it, it is worth it for the fun that we have in it.Jun 22, 2009

The performance was what you would expect from a Wrangler. It had enough power and handled ok. It felt like it was built pretty solid. I really liked the simplicity of the outside and inside of it. I really never had any major repairs cost while i owned it. It was a great vehicle, i wish i didn't have to sell it. It was not a good vehicle to drive to Fairmont almost every day of the week for school.Apr 08, 2009

For me, the Jeep Wrangler (TJ, in Canada) was the
perfect vehicle. A cool, sporty convertible in the
summer, and a tough 4x4 for Montreal's rough
winters. I had it for 4 years and had a blast the whole
time. However, I had the 2.5L, 4 cyl, engine, which had

The Jeep Wrangler I own now is my third. The performance of these vehicles are exemplary. Only usual ware and tear maintance has been required. It's appearance is awesome and I have been complemented more than once on how nice my Jeep is. I have had offers from people who want to purchase my Jeep and been told if I ever want to sell it to notify them. The maintance is average and as the Jeep is a solid heavy vehicle it is not great but not to bad on milage. As for fun I have sworn to always have at least one Jeep Wrangler in my garage.Sep 14, 2008

i love the ride- i like the torque and the off road capabilities- what i dont like is lack of storage and my 4cyl lacks power but on the flip side is a torque monster which i love when im wheeling. i love the drain holes and removable carpet i just rinse off the tub when im done mudding but the car is solid like a tank and takes a lot to flip compared to the old cjs

I have owned classic Jeep CJ/Wrangler vehicles for more than 20 years and have loved them all. No other car or truck evokes the spirit of rugged independence and fun-loving freedom quite like the one and only Jeep. Even classic Jeep owners tend to be a breed apart, giving one another the familiar "Jeep Wave" when encountering one another on or off the road.
A few words of advice to prospective owners: If you think you want one, however, be prepared--If you're looking for fuel economy, forget it. 20 MPG is as good as it gets and that's downhill with a tailwind. If you want a quiet, smooth ride like a Lincoln Towncar, this ain't your baby. Nimble handling? The Jeep is not a sports car and does not have rack and pinion steering, but on rocks, rough roads, mud and snow, the Jeep is as sure-footed as a mountain goat. But go ahead and buy one anyway and get it out of your system. In a year when you're ready to trade it, you will have "manufactured" a great pre-owned Jeep for someone like me who is prepared to give it a proper home and who doesn't mind getting wet putting up the top and who will enjoy giving other Jeep owners the cherished and much-deserved "Jeep Wave."Aug 22, 2008

Pros-Great 4x4ing, soft top/hard top,orange leather, no doors!, easy mods& upgrades soon to have a lift!
Cons-Ok gas mileage(w/e its a jeep)
No major repairs, just a new starter and some brake pads
Fun driving car, and it is a 5spd it has to be for a jeep

This jeep is full of potential. Although the basic jeep setup is pretty bad, that potential for add ons are endless. After some stronger axle shafts with lockers, as well as stronger bumpers, and a few other components this jeep is unstoppable!Mar 24, 2008

This Jeep has made me beyond proud to own. It charges ahead through any kind of weather or terrain, urban or rural. It pushes through snow like theres nothing there, mud and wet sand and sand dunes pose no threat, but i havent had the opprotunity to take it crawling. I dont know if i will ever own a different vehicle other than a Jeep Wrangler.Jan 06, 2008

I have owned the Jeep for about a year and a half to date. VERY low range 4x4 for a stock vehicle. I am a big fan of the straight 6 motor. Much easier to work on than a V-style engine although it has never messed up at all. I'm satisfied with everything about my jeep except for the stock 29" tires they put on there.....I changed to 31's. 29 is way too small.
